) than an entire congregation disassociated and started their own congregation after decided that the gb were apostate.. was this an urban myth or is there any evidence of this?.

I remember hearing that the elders and numerous publishers of a congregation in Falkirk, Scotland had to be booted out in the 80's - by hit men from the Britain Branch, because of "apostasy", or as we call it, "having our eyes opened."
Probably a major reason why the cult has taken legal control of K.H.'s.

A Must Read Update on WBTS and Darkspilver from reddit
by ZindagiNaMilegiDobaara inmany of us know that watch tower (yes, two words in this case) has issued a subpoena to reddit to try to gain darkspilver's identity due to accusations of copyright infringement:.
tl;dr: on april 9, watch tower filed a response to the eff's motion to quash (filed march 26) regarding the subpoena submitted to reddit in an attempt to find /u/darkspilver's identity.. the wt response is publicly available here as a pdf, from the site court listener.. a number of other documents relating to the case are available on the same site, here.. and the eff's motion to quash is available on the eff's website here.. details: as i'm sure many of us know, watch tower (yes, two words in this case) has issued a subpoena to reddit to try to gain /u/darkspilver's identity due to accusations of copyright infringement.
specifically, watch tower is claiming copyright infringement for two things: first, darkspilver posted the back page of the november 2018 watchtower which was an article entitled "what gift can we give to jehovah?” which explained how to donate.

When Darkspilver was here, he never revealed any exclusives or "inside info." He was just usually on the ball to present JW info which was in the public domain - never condemning or vilifying the org and its hierarchy.
Neither did he reveal that he was a devoted & active J.W.
And from looking at his Reddit stuff - as far as the cult's concerned - "nothing to see here folks."
Why would the org fork out $$$$$$ in legal fees to target an irrelevant blogger? That's the mystique!

He went to the meeting today!

i am sad, frustrated, nervous, but also hopeful that he will see something that he never did before .

The "special" talk in the UK was a video presentation by a Bethelite speaker, and during the video, the speaker in the video stopped talking to introduce a video of two people's experience!
Mind-numbing electronic religion. (I watched it on the internet, by the way)

The cult's anti-scriptural perversions that -
a) Romans 6:7 is literal and that a person's own death wipes out their sins.
b) Rev. 20:12 says new scrolls will be opened during the millennium and will contain new teachings. (3 lies attributed to one verse!)
From that point on, I researched everything the org ever told me was "truth."

No fun debating "imperfect" JWs
by Tantalon inwell that was no fun at all, just got a visit to invite me to the last supper memorial.
haven't had a call for a long long time.
i tried to engage them about following bible not watchtower, they just kept changing the subject as they have always done but this time every challenge was met with "we are not perfect,the slave is not perfect" and "we don't want to have a debate".

I would have replied, "The Pope is not perfect, and the Catholic priesthood is not perfect." Regardless of their parroted answers, (and we all did it!) JW's nowadays are genuinely living in fear of -
a) the revelatory media information about their cult & its leadership's "direction & practices"
b) never living to see the promised (by the cult!) and well-overdue Armageddon in their own lifetime.
Bottom line - many JW's faith in the org is probably at an all-time low.

(Matthew 26:28) “...this means my ‘blood of the covenant,’ which is to be poured out in behalf of many for forgiveness of sins.”
(Ephesians 1:7) By means of him we have...the forgiveness of our trespasses...”
(Acts 2:38) “...be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for forgiveness of your sins...”
(Acts 13:38) “Let it therefore be known to you, brothers, that through this one a forgiveness of sins is being proclaimed to you,
(Colossians 1:14) by means of whom we have...the forgiveness of our sins.
The org's dogma repudiates these Biblical statements about the ransom sacrifice. Hmmm. I need a drink.

Don't sugar-coat it Corruptgirl. Very good discussion of TM's "not practising what he preaches."
Based on logical reasoning of the evidence in front of us and our JW insights, I have reached the following conclusions:
1) Tony Morris was buying for his own use. If it had been for other people's benefit, a trusted Bethelite "helper" would have been sent on a different day to a store much closer to make the purchase.
2) Tony Morris clearly has a very unhealthy reliance/addiction to strong liquor.
3) Tony Morris and his ilk are parasites - unlike the apostle Paul etc. who worked to provide for themselves. They are living off the "body" of the congregation, as do all of the Worldwide Order of Special Full-Time Servants of Jehovah’s Witnesses who gladly opt out of the scriptural commands to provide for themselves!
Rubbing salt into donors' wounds, he squanders their hard-earned cash on his addiction.
4) Tony Morris is now a liability and embarrassment to his fellow G.B. parasites. Time to "retire."
